As a business, Phoenix Commercial Catering Equipment often recruits potential engineers from local colleges who join us for on the job training. We have recruited from this on two occasions and now those engineers have gained full qualifications over a 5 year period, had the ability to “earn and learn” and are now extremely successful in carrying out the works to standards required by us.
